eZbidzs lists three different types of item conditions: New, Manufacture Refurbished and Open Box. Rest assured, eZbidzs will never list an item without declaring with 100% transparency which of these categories the item belongs to. So, you can go ahead and bid or buy with confidence. Below is brief description of each category: New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. Open Box: An item in excellent, new condition with no wear. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or may be in the original packaging but not sealed. The item includes original accessories. The item may be a factory second. Manufacturer refurbished: An item that has been professionally restored to working order by a manufacturer or manufacturer-approved vendor. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in the original packaging.

Items that are labeled “USA shipping ONLY” are items that are stored in our US warehouse and can only be shipped to the lower 48 US states. Items that are labeled “Worldwide shipping”, are stored in one of our warehouses located internationally and can be shipped anywhere, including the USA. We aim to ship your purchased or won item ASAP. Shipping generally takes between 3-5 days for items located in our US warehouse and are shipped within the USA. Items in our international warehouse usually takes between 5-7 days, based on buyer location and for most international destinations it’s 7-10 days. Shipping is 100% FREE to all locations.
We do accept returns and exchanges of items on a case-by-case basis. Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met, but are not limited to: The item is in its original packaging The item shows no physical signs of damage/usage The item is in perfect working condition The item was opened by the buyer but was DOA In the latter case, the buyer MUST provide sufficient evidence that the item arrived defected, or DOA, which includes, videos/pictures. Because we offer free shipping on all items, buyers must pay the return cost of shipping. In the event of an exchange, the buyer MUST pay the return shipping and there is a 20% fee for restocking. Absolutely! eZbidzs offers the option to “Buy Now” without having to take part in the auction process. This is great for persons who love the item, but are looking to purchase immediately. We also offer Bids refund, for example: User Aden places 10 bids on product XYZ. Aden did not win the auction but would still love to purchase product XYZ. If Aden decides to use the “Buy Now” option to purchase the product withing 24 hours of placing his last bid, Aden would be refunded his 10 bids credits. Bid credits would NOT be refunded if more than 24 hours of placing the last bid has expired.
